The problem I have with the Ben Roberts Smith case is I would much rather be at war with that guy by my side than some woke little blue haired shit complaining about his actions from the comfort of their lounge, whilst he put his life on the line to defend this country. Being prosecuted under the guise of the rule of law, which would not exist if not for physical defence, seems fundamentally retarded except for extraneous cases. Is this such a case? I don't know. To then prosecute him on the eve of the entire world heading towards massive geopolitical instability, when presumably hiring efforts for the military will need to be ramped, makes this case even more retarded.
