Nature-based physical activities are those physical activities that are done in natural areas, require little specialized equipment, deemphasize competition, are cost-efficient, and can be implemented by teachers on a regular basis (Gruno & Gibbons, 2020, 2021, 2022).

Today my fantastic teaching partner lead our pod through a nature-based activity in PE, based on First Peoples Principles of Learning. If I had had more PHE teachers like @MissJanePatter1 , I think I would have loved PE more growing up. More on nature based PHE 👇🏼@clayburnmiddle

One of my relatives found this old photo of my Popo and Gung Gung taking Louis Armstrong and his wife Lucille out for Chinese Food. The start of what would be a long lasting friendship. I believe was after Louis performed at the once iconic Cave venue in Vancouver.
