#PAF2O students journaling their daily activities (school work, fitness, food intake, well-being activities, sleep, etc.). Student logs "lasagna" for dinner one day, & "cultural food" for another. We must encourage pride in our food & cultures. Name it. Teach it. Normalize it.

@MsMAhluwalia I agree. I find that my mind is racing and then I’m like “OH! Wait...let me set my intention for the day”. A reminder would be helpful.

I wonder, what do you think of during the moment of silence, following the national anthem? Do you take a moment to reflect/mediate? I have to consciously remind myself to meditate (if only for the short time). Maybe students need a reminder to use the time too. 🤔
