#PAF2O students journaling their daily activities (school work, fitness, food intake, well-being activities, sleep, etc.). Student logs "lasagna" for dinner one day, & "cultural food" for another. We must encourage pride in our food & cultures. Name it. Teach it. Normalize it.

Already impressed with my #PAF2O Online students. A simple question, "What do you want to learn," led to a showcase of their interests and inquiry. First time using Google Jamboard and we liked it! #TeachingOnline
