Shocking service from @TUIUK. Stuck at #chamberyairport for 9 hours. No information. No help. Just been chucked out of the terminal into the cold along with hundreds. @British_Airways and @flybe are organised and getting flights in and out. Why the #Incompetence@TUIUK?
