@MissDHeadofPe1 Break up 14 October. All British schools have the same break. Some international schools have different & some schools have only a 5 day break, not 9 days

Hi @British_Airways how long are you taking to issue refunds for cancelled flights please? My daughter’s flight was cancelled three weeks ago and she is out of pocket for expenses as a result. No news from you on expenses or compensation as yet.

I think we need to recognise the unsung heroes of #TheQueue.
