@katharinehorgan 2/2 at unboxing videos/kids opening Christmas presents on YouTube (I do have ADHD.. a lot of my suggestions are very dopamine seeking!). And oddly, as I am a fan of horror, watch a good psych thriller or listen to one of my fave true crime podcasts/YouTubers on repeat.

I’ve been in a bad mood for over a week now. I’m quite bored of it and doing all the sensible things: eating, sleeping, exercising .. but feeling no better? Wondering if I should just lean into it instead and mope for while.

@amy_beddis They learn from you which makes it worse. My 3 year old negotiates pretty well for 3. She drives a hard bargain. And she always has a plan. With a hand gesture like cutting on her palm to show the seriousness of said plan.

I’ve spent 10 years perfecting the art of persuading people and negotiating deals but can I get a small child to sleep at bedtime- absolutely not 🙈
