@OctopusEnergy Hi, we're waiting in for our smart meter to be fitted today. Do the engineers work past 5? Not heard anything yet & email says 1 hour per fuel, so I would have expected them before 3pm?

@Northpowergrid hi we were supposed to have a smart meter fitted a few days ago but couldn't as the fuse was welded (B01) When will we know when you're coming out to change it please? Needs doing before we can have the smart meter & EV charger fitted. Thanks.

@Mrs_Mac99 Hi Jay, the details won't be automatically set up on your payments list but are really easy to add! If you choose Move Money then new Person or Small Business. You'll then need to input your mortgage account details and your own name as the recipient and it should match. - Chris

@Mrs_Mac99 Hi Jay, drivers with a blue badge should not use the pick-up and drop-off facility. Blue badge holders should use Car Park 2 opposite the terminal building for picking up and dropping off. At the exit, please press the assistance buzzer and have the badge ready to be verified. GM

@GLA_Airport my husband has just got back from 500 mile round trip to drop off his elderly parents for a flight to Benbecula, & had to pay £7 for parking despite having his mum's blue badge - buzzer at barrier not working. He's very annoyed. Will this happen again on pickup?
