The entrance areas around the Castle Rock Target are on private property, which means the responsibility for maintenance, including pothole repairs, falls to the property owner. However, a representative from the Town’s Zoning Division will be reaching out directly to Target management to address your concerns.

@crgov Entrance into the Castle Rock Target are absolute trash. HUGE pot holes. Complained to the store directly, and they stated it's the city's responsibility.
