The next time CLE reviews the KSL ATP, they should strike out Legal Practice Management from the curriculum then merge Trial Advocacy with Professional Ethics.

@Ms_Kinyua1 But it’s flawed. An answer on CoI in trial cannot be the same as that in Ethics. Ethics is very specific on how every answer should be written. Take it from someone who failed ethics.

This is funny, because LPM is the most important unit taught at KSL but we do not take it seriously.

@netobenjamink You think so because you’re looking at them through the same lens as CLE. Why, for example, should an answer to a similar question on conflict of interest in TA be different from conflict of interest in PE? That said, we are reading to pass exams, as our system expects us to.
