@qrsupport hi, I had called because I was constantly getting an error message when I try to book using a coupon code. I called your support team and all I got after 39 mins of call was that it should be working and can be availed only in app or online.

@PureGym customer service is poor. Just to change my account details it’s taking more than a month. Still has not been processed. Maybe make provisions in the app to make changes to payment details. That way you won’t have to do much.
