@Hertz today returned the car to Halifax Airport. I arrived at parking at 5:10 p.m. The attendant told that he would inspect the car and take care of it after that. However, I received a bill that showed a return time of 5:29 pm and I am charged for one hr. Who can help resolve?

@WestJet Could someone please confirm the policy for me? We’re a family of three traveling from Halifax to Vancouver, and we only have three bags: one carry-on and two small bag pack . Why should the bags need to go underneath the seat? Why should I be penalized for carry less?
