Verizon FINALLY upgraded a LTE Band 13 only site that was on a Holiday Inn Express sign in Warren, MI. Right off a major expressway which CRAWLED for years. Brand new build is behind the hotel now with AT&T and Verizon. No T-Mobile. #Verizon

Build a dedicated win-back tab directly into the T-Life app. Every customer who leaves gets a personalized offer code, valid for 90 days, redeemable with a few taps — no call center, no hassle. 4.
