@nectar I’ve just logged into my account and it says my account has been deleted as I haven’t used it in 12 months. I had £65 worth of Nectar points on my card. Can you let me know the steps of reclaiming this please? I have had to open a new account in the meantime.

@ScotRail I had my wallet stolen which contained my Highland Railcard (got police ref no. etc). What's the deal with replacing? Was wanting to use it tomo but no local station does then!
