@debotten161225 Lynn Dunn role has changed from senior advisor to coaching consultant this year but she's not listed as staff so could be an outside consultant? I'm not sure. The Fever also have a scout (Tully Bevilaqua) that is also not listed

Given that this is a league where, if you go not that many years back, coaches also functioned as GMs I would hold my breath waiting for several tasks to be filled with "departments" The fact that they have hired a Basketball Analytics manager in Feb. of 2026 is a step in the right direction. Hopefully they will keep expanding moving forward as that is indeed important for the future

I said it in another thread, at a minimum it is an acknowledgement that it needs to be addressed and there needs to be investment in this area which is good In general I’ve been pleased with ownership’s willingness to invest in the success of the team, notably with the construction of the new team facility which is gonna be like twice as big as any other facility, which is awesome

Corr’s right I’m not saying EVERY team is gonna build a huge analytics and scouting department with a bunch of computers and nerds crunching data, just like not every NBA team has one of these But I agree with Corr, the teams that do are gonna be the ones with the leg up on competition, especially as more and more teams come online and talent is gonna be further and further stratified Given the investment the Fever have already made in the team in terms of new facilities I would be absolutely stunned if they did not have their own analytics team in the works The only question Where is it
