@HEBobiwine If Museveni suggests he has won, then what is looking for bobi wine ?
I see one day M7 and Muhoozi decaying in prison somewhere.

You ordered the raid on my house to harm me! I beat you at your own game and escaped. To cover up the shame, you claimed no one was looking for me. Here you are now, seized by fear and panic and confirming your wicked plot against me. Anyway, I will resurface when I decide. Then you and your father can do whatever you want to me. But make no mistake - YOU WILL NEVER ESCAPE THE INEVITABLE CONSEQUENCES OF YOUR ATROCITIES AGAINST THE PEOPLE OF UGANDA. THIS IS OUR COUNTRY!

@mangekimambi Its upon Tanzania Goverment to handle its proplems without blaming media houses or media platforms.
The media reports the happenings of the day to day all over the world.Reinstate the accounts and leave Tanzanians deal with that illegitimate President.
English

Ladies and gentleman, there it is, meta publicly admits they were pressured by the illegitimate Tanzanian government to remove 3 accounts or face being banned in Tanzania, they complied by removing 2 accounts and restricting one.
I was aware, even before Meta issued its statement, that there had been pressure from the illegitimate Tanzanian government to remove our accounts.
Meta’s platforms—Instagram and Facebook—are currently the only major social media services still operating within Tanzania. It is important for Meta to recognize that, the government under the illegitimate President Samia Suluhu is unlikely to ban the one remaining platform that the public heavily relies on. Should such a decision ever be taken, the responsibility would rest with the government, not with Meta. Meta should not bow to political pressure that suppresses dissent.
Meta has a clear opportunity to take the principled stance that X (formerly Twitter) took when it declined to assist the Tanzanian government in actions perceived as suppressing dissent. By doing so, X protected the ability of citizens to speak freely.
I therefore urge Meta to immediately reinstate the accounts that were removed and restricted. Meta should allow the situation within Tanzania to be shaped by the actions of the government itself, rather than becoming indirectly or directly involved in measures that are contributing to limiting freedom of expression. Meta should uphold the same standard that X adopted—refusing to play a role in actions that could be used to silence the Tanzanian people.

It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the untimely passing of our dear comrade and friend, Marinos Alexandros.
Marinos was abducted on 30th March 2022 in Mbuya, subjected to incredible torture and raped by regime thugs at CMI, Mbuya. Her crime? Playing Bobi Wine's music on loud speakers!
When she came out and exposed the thugs, she started receiving calls threatening to kill her. Her house was raided in the night by rogues, but she was not there that night, having slept at a friend's home.
This prompted her to seek refuge in Nairobi - Kenya. Even in Kenya, regime thugs attempted to abduct her, forcing her to leave Nairobi and go to the UNHCR camp where she could have some security.
Out of the abduction and torture ordeal, Marinos contracted several diseases, including HIV/AIDS.
Last year, she became very sick and started getting treatment while we supported her. Because of the loneliness and other conditions in the refuge camp, she returned to Uganda a few weeks back in order to get better treatment in the presence of her family.
It is most unfortunate that we have lost her this morning at 1:30am. Marinos joins hundreds of other victims of the Museveni regime of blood and terror.
Fight on, comrade! The struggle for freedom and democracy in Uganda is poorer without you, but the evil regime will never have the last laugh.

@HEBobiwine Its very unfortunate on this ordeal.
God will fight her tormentors.

This Governor is a careless talker, he is always disrespectful and always exhibiting the feel-good attitude that even his late father the late Great Mutula Kilonzo, man of the people would be ashamed of if he were to return to life. The Governor needs to work on his ego and learn to appreciate that Kenya doesn’t end in Makueni.
Gladys Wanga, E.G.H.@gladyswanga
Apology accepted and welcome to the county of endless potential!
English

@EtalePhilip But there was nothing wrong with Governor Mutula cautioning the Kamba youth on the HiV/AIDS menance of Homa Bay County.
The Kambas are obsessed in sex than those other sports they are attending.
And its good for the youth to be cautioned on careless sexual activities.

Across the world, women continue to be underrepresented in the digital economy, yet they hold the key to unlocking Africa’s next wave of innovation and economic growth. The reality is stark:
⚡️Women make up nearly half of the global workforce but hold only 30% of tech-related jobs in Africa.
⚡️The digital gender gap in Sub-Saharan Africa excludes over 190 million women from accessing online opportunities.
Without urgent action, these inequalities will persist, limiting innovation, economic participation, and leadership.
At Power Learn Project (PLP), we are not waiting for change,we are creating it.
⚡️Last year in honour of International Women’s day we launched the Power Women in Tech Initiative (Powher) to break systemic barriers and equip women with the skills, networks, and opportunities they need to thrive in the digital economy.
⚡️We committed 40% of all our cohorts to women—ensuring intentional inclusivity and tangible impact.
⚡️We have trained over 5,000 women in Africa in high-demand digital skills, directly connecting them to employment, entrepreneurship, and leadership pathways.
This International Women’s Day, we are accelerating action for women in the platform economy, ensuring they are not just participants but innovators, leaders, and changemakers.
At PLP, gender equity in tech is not a side initiative,it is a core pillar of our mission to empower 1 million tech learners by 2027.
Happy International Women’s Day! To every woman breaking barriers, leading innovations, and redefining the future, this is your time.

@LavaniMila Catholic churches since they rejected the offertory at soweto last year, the unity gap between the church has become too huge.
Hope the Goverment and the Catholic church can stay apart of each other for peace to prosper.

What has happened in Narok today is most unfortunate. There have been needless deaths and injury arising out of a situation that was clearly mishandled. Both the security forces and the community must now exercise maximum restraint to avoid any further bloodshed. I have spoken to the area Senator and our local Party leadership to assist in ensuring this.
