@IRCTCofficial How can you solve now. The train has arrived New Delhi. The vendors charged over price from every passengers. Everyone in my coaching was waiting for the manager. They didn't come untill we arrive station. Who will be responsible for this over charge. No value of people's money?

Why IRCTC Catering charges overprice? IRCTC website showing an amount and the vendors taking different amount. While asking that they says, irctc website showing wrong?. Is it goverment failure? Still no solutions?. Escalated to @RailMadad but no reply.

Why there is a system named @RailMadad ?. Registered same complaint about door 3 times. No response from them and not solved yet. Hot air coming inside AC coach. Why booking Ac instead of sleeper?. No value for our money?.

Still unsafe in Indian Railways. Door is not closing properly even at night. It is always open and hot air coming inside 3rd AC. Multiple requests shared to @Raidmadad. They were not able to help. To whom we raise our concerns then. What is the solution.

No option to opt out food in Vande Bharat express in current booking . Only way is eating veg food forcefully even for diabetic. Not the issue of catering team. But the issue for irctc booking app or rules

Vande Bharat Express forces food charges but serves sugary items with no opt-out. Diabetic passengers are ignored. Very disappointing.

@Muslih_TK Hi Muslih! As notified a physical valid ID is required for verification for guests booked under student fare. If the same is not produced, an ID verification fee will be applicable for INR 2000.

Train from silchar to Guwahati (15612) got delayed for more than 4 hours and AC has switched off since that. People are suffering from suffocation. Already it is not going to Guwahati due to technical reasons. No value for money and time. @railcomplaint @RailMinIndia @PMOIndia
