
@Uber_Support so when you dm them, they stop answering. However, when you share your issue here, they do, because everyone sees that issue and how they respond. I will post my issue on homepage from now on.
It’s been a week, my account is locked with a backup code I forgot, contacted to more than 20 agents, lots of phone calls and emails. At the end my account os still locked, and agents run away from chatting with typing we think we solved the issue, we did what we can. This kind of big company can not recover my account with having best techs ( that’s what they call them)
Not solving issue is something, but their response to what you tell them is amazing. I say my account is locked they say no it’s not. I say my account is locked, they say go to settings, click this and that. They still don’t understand my account is locked and I don’t have an access to it. I say my account is locked, they send me a link and want me to sign is to an account they I have no access to. I will be posting more of their funny responses here and see how many people will laugh to them.
