Some nonsense should not be tolerated in this country. Why would a former governor want to become a CAS, an errant boy/girl of the CS & PS- what is it that they want to accomplish that they did not when they held office. Those positions should be reserved for the youths...

How many teachers or doctors can be employed using what it costs to maintain 1 CAS per month? 20 doctors or 100 teachers? H. E @WilliamsRuto of what value is employing multi millionaire former governors and politicians at the expense of the health of Kenyans or their education?
