Agree with Natalie here. They’re showing you stuff bc they’re excited, or rustrated, or whatever… Let them express themself, and join them in whatever mental place they’re in.

Disagree. The correct play here was to cut Adams using a post June 1st designation. Neal is the better player and has a lower cost.

This is the reality... The #Seahawks had almost $40 million tied up in safeties. They need defensive line help. The Ryan Neal move had to happen.

@SeahawksForever @CorbinSmithNFL Was he ever THAT dude though? His coverage skills are poor, no matter how athletic he is. He’s a LB in the body of a FS.
It was a cool idea that would have been awesome if it had worked. It didn’t. It is time to move on and focus on the young core that is being developed.

@MyersNFL @CorbinSmithNFL I’ll jump in and be Switzerland here. I’m torn on this one. I can absolutely see the benefit of cutting him, moving on, and reallocating those resources.
But I can also understand the team wanting to give it one more shot to see if he can still be THAT dude.

Today's ref is Land Clark, who was a longtime Pac-12 official. He became an NFL referee three years ago and today is the first Seahawks game he will have refereed. He did a couple Seahawks games in 2018-19 as a Field Judge.
