@Myviewsmyown I don't think a lot of people understand the Bill & the implications. The cost of implementation has been estimated at around R12bn (for now). So, retrenching teachers for budgetary purposes should be red flags already.

First major test for the DA in the GNU. The outcome will be a decent indicator of how much power the ANC has really lost and how much power the DA actually has in this coalition. Let's watch.

@JustXavierB @ConCaracal As I understand it ..In principal the DA did agree but have asked the President earlier to amend a few clauses in the Bill ..I don't think this has been done hence the dispute ..Then again it's only my understanding and not saying this is indeed the case
