@NAB trying to contact three of the people I spoke with regarding my credit card application - all going to voice mail and all very poor quality voice mails detaining their working hours (9-5). Im calling at 12pm. What is the best way to contact them -this is very annoying!!

@HMRCcustomers Yes I do. No, it confirms I overpaid tax by £1219. And that it would be repaid after any other amounts I owe, have been repaid. Online self assessment has no details about this. As far as I’m aware everything is up to date, so I just need to know when I will get the refund

@willb_14 Do you have access online to Self Assessment? Does the letter refer to you needing to supply further information to process your refund? Rob.

@Ryanair I’m never forget the Liverpool to Ibiza flight I took with you. Kept serving a guy despite him being very drunk and verbally abusive to staff! He was then arrested in Ibiza. Why keep serving drunk passengers??
