Everyone needs to truly appreciate the absurdity of this answer from @baroncoleman - the criminal defense attorney who has now apparently pocketed nearly $500,000 in superchats for his Tyler Robinson / Charlie Kirk assassination “analysis”. I asked why the defense would not have called the parents as witnesses at the preliminary hearing if the parents in fact would have testified that they in fact did not identify Tyler in the surveillance video and they in fact did not turn him in. His answer: Because the parents would have been asked if Tyler confessed to other crimes “other than murdering Charlie Kirk”, the answer to which Coleman “assumes” would be that “he did”. That was his actual answer. This is not legal analysis. It is Babylon Bee-level satire.

Utah police sergeant Jennifer Faumuina testified at the Tyler Robinson hearing two weeks ago, so now her punishment is to become the latest victim of a Candace Owens conspiracy. Candace gloats about finding an "entry point to learn all about her family history." "I just need to know what everybody's mommas and great grand-mommas are doing at all times." Candace then dredges up Faumuina's uncle being murdered by a gang thirty years ago, and spins up a conspiracy that this actually is linked to Charlie's death, because someone who knew that uncle was "connected to Egypt and Israel" and "the Mormon mafia is linked directly to the Zionist mafia." This is Candace's gameplan, week in and week out: Anybody she feels stands in the way of Tyler Robinson being acquitted is fair game for new conspiracy theories.

Looks like I struck a nerve! I notice your detractors grow daily while view numbers compared to followers are declining as people wake up from your garbage. You see, Karen Owens, when you are a skilled clown people will tune in to watch the circus, but eventually they get bored when they see the same routine over and over. Yes, entire X accounts are devoted to debunking every new psychotic and evidence-free theory you come up with because more and more people are seeing you for the fraud you are, and they're getting tired of the act. We're getting SO close, guys!
Candace Owens@RealCandaceO

I don’t know what late stage delusion TPUSA is experiencing when Andrew Kolvet, who has personally tanked the Charlie Kirk show, is claiming that my engagement has fallen off a cliff. Where, Andrew? There are entire accounts dedicated to discussing me full-time. And oh, the irony! Andrew Kolvet who recently promoted a report referring to me as a “digital assassin”, plus routinely blames the world for not keeping Erika safe when she flat out abandoned her speaking engagement due to low ticket sales—is now claiming I’m a “Karen” for asking if it works both ways. Do words only amount to violence when it comes to Erika, @AndrewKolvet? Is the report you shared accurate? Are you putting my life at risk by tweeting words I don’t like?

Think about what you’re saying. You’re calling a seal team 6 sniper who would run circles around you mentally, and physically “not that bright” because he’s giving his expert opinion on what he thinks caused Charlie Kirk’s death. A normal person who isn’t shady would appreciate all leads and all expert opinions on what or who potentially murdered their friend. Not you Blake. You want to name call a navy seal sniper and call him “not that bright”. It’s tweets like this Blake that make it look like you really don’t want the truth to come out about who and what actually murdered him.
Blake Neff@BlakeSNeff

I don’t know enough about whoever that is to say if he’s a liar or a sociopath like you are, but that clip is probably enough to establish he’s not that bright.

Gary... I find it despicable that you think of Charlie in such horrible way! Was he just pretending to be her friend for DEI purposes?! That is a disgusting, racist/misogynistic label you just put on him!! Why are you actually doing any of this?! It clearly is not for Charlie!
Paramount Tactical - Gary Melton@paramounttactcl

Oh look, Charlie’s DEI hire sliding into my comments. 😂 Let’s play semantics all you want. You were forced to resign. Period. And since you’re suddenly demanding specificity: you hilariously lied through your teeth on the @ShawnRyanShow. Just one of many. I’m keeping score and I bet @dhillonlaw recorded every word of it. More proof of your malice and dishonesty.

Unethical? It’s 100% true. What Candace is doing and psychos like you participate in and attempt to mimic is what’s unethical. You're literally the dumbest woman on social media. Every post of yours makes me measurably stupider. Watching you desperately cosplay as a Temu Candace Owens is genuinely embarrassing. She’s “didn't know where thunder came from” dumb. You're maybe one-tenth as intelligent and talented while matching her depravity and evil stride for stride. That lip filler must have finally migrated to whatever gray matter you had left.
Ana Escobar@AnaEscobarShow

@paramounttactcl @RealCandaceO This seems really unethical Gary and I don't see why you would stoke hatred like this. No one wants Erika harmed, and everyone knows that. I hope your better angels speak to you

The "receipt" has the name blurred out. So it shows nothing. The "receipt" has the card number blurred out. So it shows nothing. The only person who says he thinks he saw Tyler at the steakhouse is an unnamed and faceless waiter at the restaurant. He also admits he did not serve Tyler. But he says Tyler ordered two beers. Which contradicts your "reporting". So to recap: You are the person who started the rumor that Tyler ate at the steakhouse in Panguich. You have not produced any evidence to substantiate that claim. The witness you rely on contradicts your own "reporting". You say the witness was mistaken on the beers, but certainly not mistaken on Tyler's identity. I believe you also make a mistake on the date of the photo of Tyler allegedly at the Dairy Queen at 6:38 on Sept 10 - another rumor that you started. Is this an accurate summary @RealCandaceO?
Candace Owens@RealCandaceO

Hi Viva! I’m the one who initially broke this story way back in January so I can help you out here. I reported that Tyler went to Panguitch and he ordered the a steak, medium rare, which came with a side of mashed potatoes and vegetables. He did not order any beer and I made it clear at that time that the cameras at the restaurant were inoperable, but that Tyler paid with his card. (I believe I said credit card—so I indeed stand corrected if it was debit instead. Credit and debit cards tend to look alike, so forgive the mistake). The receipt you are looking at is real and reflects my reporting. Tyler Robinson did not leave until approximately 10pm that evening. Outside of a bullet train, it’s going to be a tough sell to explain how he could have possibly made it back to Orem shortly after midnight in time to be pulled over. Going to have to drop a lot more cash on overwhelmed influencers and bodycam crashes, I suspect. Great work @DiligentDenizen following up on this story. As we all know, there will be more to come!

DID OFFICER BRIAN DAVIS LIE ON THE STAND? Why was Officer Brian Davis ordered to fly to St. George at 8:30 PM if Tyler didn't actually turn himself in until 9:00 PM? By Davis's own admission, they already had SBI personnel down in St. George. Wouldn't it make sense to wait until you get confirmation from your agents on the ground that the suspect had definitely turned himself in before flying yourself, the Utah County attorney & 2 FBI agents down there? And listen to Davis bumble over his story as he tries to cover all verb tenses describing Tyler turning himself in: "Had...was turning himself in...or had turned himself in...was going to turn himself in." Well which was it Brian? Had Tyler turned himself in? Was Tyler in process of turning himself in? Or was he going to turn himself in? Can't be all 3. Pick one. IMO, it's only confusing or unclear if you're weaving a web of deception covering up the fact that Tyler had already turned himself in.

Lol yes @baroncoleman It’s called vetting sources. You don’t know his name, you “don’t care enough” to look into it. Truth be told, I wouldn’t look into it either with the amount you are banking off of it. He might end up getting angry with you if you’re not splitting with him. 😂 And you clearly haven’t asked him the same questions I have, which he has yet to answer. So yes, that’s my takeaway here. And you didn’t realize how your answer was incriminating when you reflexively offered it. Carry on. Three things cannot long be hidden: The sun, the moon, and the truth. -Buddha

Baron Coleman@baroncoleman

This is your takeaway here? Restaurant owner and servers are so convinced they saw Tyler that they contacted the FBI. Independent journalist travels to them and interviews them. Gets the receipt. Publishes it. And you’re upset because a podcaster that retweeted it doesn’t know the real name of the journalist? Just admit defeat and move on.

@baroncoleman @DiligentDenizen Thank you for the answer. This is why I love open discourse. Doesn’t know the name of his source, and doesn’t care enough to look into it. Some questions are damned either way. This one was one of them, but it will take some time for people to realize.

Everyone should look into, and ask questions about the business relationship between @DiligentDenizen and @baroncoleman. Hypothetically, if they were both profiting off their own business relationship / collaboration and information, to the tune of $400,000 over whatever relatively short timeframe, you might ask questions as to whether or not they are spreading accurate information, or disinformation for massive profit. Since we’re just asking questions, let’s just ask some questions. 1) do you two split Adsense revenue? 2) do you split super chat revenue? 3) do you have any business relationship that results in sharing profits, in any way whatsoever? Just asking questions.
