Dear Bankers,
Second last day of the financial year and it’s already past 9:30 PM.
I’m getting messages from many of you that you’re STILL in your branches especially in rural and village postings.
Many women staff members are also stuck, unable to leave.
Let’s be honest
Are you still in the branch in the name of year-end closing?
Or have you finally made it back home?

If it would be good HR practice followed by public bank , there would be best people ready to serve own customers

If staff don't work for late night till 9 O' clock, HR are then very upset

So the bank @TheOfficialSBI is marking me unauthorised absence!! But on what authority? When the resignation was submitted, medical documents provided and repeated communication made via email and WhatsApp about inability to join? I may be absent in your records, but the burden of “unauthorised” should only lie with you. Let me make one thing absolutely clear: do not consider me an employee of your bank anymore. Under no circumstances will I be rejoining. Now, answer my questions..clearly and without evasion: When I applied for a transfer on spouse grounds, why was it neither approved nor rejected on time? After 5 months of continuous follow-up, I received a casual WhatsApp message stating that the request was not submitted through the portal. Is that an official response? Is this the standard of communication your institution follows? When I applied under extreme compassionate grounds, what happened to that application? There was no portal-related condition for such a request, so why was I never informed about its approval or rejection?

ध्यान रहे ये वीडियो बनाने वाले वही लोग हैं, जिनका खुद अपने समय में कोई सरकारी नौकरी में सलेक्शन नहीं हो पाया था, ना वहां लॉजिकल रीजनिंग लगा पाए, ना रियल लाइफ में लगा पा रहे हैं !
ये लोग अपना हक़ सिर्फ बैंक में ही मांग पाते हैं, ऐसा नहीं है की इनको नेताओं से कोई दिक्कत नहीं है, ना तहसील में, ना RTO में, ना बिजली विभाग में, ना जल संसथान में , ये इसलिए है क्यूंकि बाँकी किसी दफ्तर में इनकी सुनवाई नहीं है !

My uncle & his wife have been working in Bangalore for 9yrs.
He earn ₹32L CTC.
Aunty earns ₹21L CTC.
They have a 4-year-old daughter.
Last week her wife said —
“I want to quit IT & prepare for Government Bank PO.”
PO salary?
Around ₹75,000 per month.
From ₹21L to ₹9L per year.

@aveekmitra So true and these portals suck @OfficialSBICare didn't even update my kyc properly after branch visit. Now I have to visit again. Their yono app doesn't have kyc option yet. Then these morons blocked kyc without warning. Thank you @PMOIndia .

KYC -- Our only reason for existence as citizen
Govt & RBI has found excellent ways to keep all citizens busy:
Do KYC / Re-KYC / Re-re KYC ... You never know which account would be frozen when.
I have realized apart from paying tax (if you earn) or getting doles (if you don't earn enough) your main duty as citizen to prove again again again & again that you are genuine, alive, mentally stable and physically sound.
No govt nowhere in the world (I travelled enough & lived in many places) are so caring about its citizens! We all should thank the brilliant minds who formulated this grand idea! How to keep an entire nation busy doing KYC in very complicated ways.
We should be grateful to the Govt for creating such brilliant innovative & noble idea of repeated KYC.
No wonder we are doing wonders in science, technology, innovation & what not!!!
