A fixer upper costs 400k, even in rural areas here. At 7-8 %, ridiculous Cost of homes on your chart were a lot less. My first home latter 1990s was $177K and it was new build.

I’m just not okay with the government making that decision for me. It’s been proven businesses can successfully implement safety protocols to open/operate and do so safely.
