I need approximately $475k in cash to buy the property adjacent to us. It just became available for sale and it’s a race against time. I was given until June 15 to sign the contract before it’s listed publicly. Property is 5.5 acres on a pond that connects to our SurfRanch estate property. I have never sold a single share of Tesla nor ever wanted to, but in order for my cash to be freed up, I would have to do so. Granted, this would not be a huge hit, it still was a significant shock and I’m hesitant being that we are so close to SpaceX IPO. What would you do?

Dumbest assumption ever that Tesla owners came out the womb with a freaking Tesla. Like we never touched a gas car in our lives. We owned them ALL first, then switched to electric because it’s 10x better. Wild concept, I know 😂

Figured out for the same price I could get a lease-return Model X with most of the same capabilities, Autopilot, pennies to refuel and (almost) NO maintenance!
Beat the hell out of it the next three years and never once missed the gas crowd. 😁

What car did you almost buy before purchasing a tesla? I almost bought a mercedes and the only reason I didn’t was because adaptive cruise control didn’t come stock but rather as part of another package you had to buy. My freaking Honda had adaptive cruise control so I was shocked to learn I had to pay extra for it 😂 That gave me enough pause to see if FSD really was worth all the hype (for me personally). Clearly, it was and in the process I saved thousands in maintenance bullshit. Best investment I’ve ever made.

I did a cost breakdown to drive a gas car vs an EV 1200 miles a month and the results are shocking. Also this is just my situation and varies from state to state. Gas 5 year cost- over $16,000 EV 5 year cost-$1440

This is frustrating. @Tesla_AI, v14.3.2 is definitely a step backwards from v14.2.2.5 #FSD. @ChuckCook & @DBurkland do you have any idea when a new update is coming? @elonmusk, I know you're busy solving the world's problems, but can you fix this? Ugh!

@mrfundman I’m good - you good? Cats are only patient with mice and chipmunks. Somewhat not related, but not entirely - how is not every car manufacturer not licensing Tesla stuff ?- it’s just boggles my mind - the first one that takes the plunge…
