I find it so strange that Arsenal are shopping in the same markets as Spurs. Eze would have been a good signing for Tottenham at their level, but there is a reason none of the other big sides went for him. Same with Hincapie. It’s these sorts of signings that will keep them 2nd

@LeShuttle chaos here in Calais. Nothing at all moving. Cars are backed up beyond the departure lanes and up to UK border control. No information available. The travel info radio station doesn’t work. The live travel information on the Le Shuttle app and on the website is stuck.

I want Ange to be given at least another 18 months, not least because we look incredible in patches. I also think our squad is poor and don’t see anyone else doing any better. But we have to find a way to minimise these awful results because 10/50 stinkers is poor.

@Jakepeters84277 I think people misremember the Conte era quite a lot. In his last five league games we got 10 points and scored 10 goals. That’s despite Hojbjerg, Skipp, Davies, Dier, Lenglet and Forster having to start all of them. We never got to see a proper Conte team.

@Jakepeters84277 Who knows what might have happened, but then again this squad is a lot better than Conte has to work with. But for the second half last week the football since Christmas has been on par with the Conte days, and it’s getting steadily worse.

@EyadHan75184739 I think everyone can see this is getting steadily worse, not better. But for the second half against Villa we’ve been poor for about 3 months. I’m by no means saying we should sack Ange, but this is nowhere near good enough under any circumstances.
