Really disappointed by the @jellycatlondon stock in the listed stockists on the website near where we have been in London this weekend! Two had about 3 each, the other had nothing at all! One disappointed little girl on her jellycat hunt 👎👎👎

@northernassist I will definitely be following up, the customer service at Bolton has been appalling. We have two tired children who still haven't had any tea. I've asked repeatedly for alternatives but it would have cost us £30 in a taxi. Awful

Another car crash of a day on @northernassist trains! Packed like sardines on the way so had to stand with two kids as there was no room to keep the pram up and now we've been waiting at Bolton for over an hour to go home and still no train 😭 Absolutely ridiculous!
