To the staff working at the Bolingbrook, IL @marshalls at 4 PM on 1/13: I’m allowed to return unused items w/a receipt. It’s not a personal assault against you if I choose to do so. When the shift manager (or whatever you are) decides to be bitchy with me, I will stand my ground.

2nd time in the past 2 days getting attitude from cashiers for returning items WITH tags intact & WITH receipts dated over 30 days at the @HomeGoods on 75th St. in Naperville, IL. I didn’t expect a refund, just store credit. I made that clear.

One of the ladies LITERALLY told the cashier taking care of me today, ‘you should have put the Kabash on that’. Seriously? The policy says ‘merchandise credit with receipt after 30 days’, but I guess these ladies like to make their own rules.

To the @AmericanAir employee currently manning gate K16 for flight 2307 ORD - DFW: you were so rude to the 5 people in line in front of me, I knew exactly what to expect. All any of us did was politely ask a simple question.

@AmericanAir Please find out exactly who she is and let her know that she is being called out for her attitude and her rude behavior. She needs to be held accountable for her actions. I travel enough to know how to navigate airports, delays, and misinformation. Not everyone has that benefit.

@AOC OMG thank you! I am a nurse who runs a healthcare continuing education and consulting business out of my home. I only work at the hospital one day per week and cannot work overtime because of budget cuts with the pandemic. Our business revenue is down 95%. We received NOTHING!!!

The pandemic hit in 2020. We should not use 2019 income to determine relief eligibility.

Because the pandemic doesn’t start until 7/15? This is so ridiculous, it isn’t even funny. How about this: It starts NOW. If a customer refuses to wear a mask, they don’t get served. PERIOD. Not drive-thru, not curbside, NOT AT ALL. Quit enabling the irresponsible.
