@DKShivakumar @ShobhaBJP @nimmasuresh @STSomashekarMLA @mlanaharis @Captain_Mani72 @BDAOfficialGok @CNASHOKA1 As per BDA’s Nov 2025 notification, asphalting, electrification & street-light works in NPKL all 9 blocks, 2600 acres were to be completed by Mar 31 2026. 👉 Ground reality: 1) Asphalting still pending in several portions across blocks. 2) Street-light pole erection incomplete in many roads. 3) Street-light activation pending across layout. @naveenmzs @nkaggere @BoskyKhanna @ChristinMP_ @ashwinmahesh @Maheshbr4U @Punya89142601 @tulasikVV @sampathtke01 @shivakumar_tnie

Good that Bengaluru’s Peripheral Ring Road (PRR) has been revived but it may be chasing what looks like a chimerical 2029 deadline. A 73 km corridor (₹27,000 crore) aims to decongest the city’s perpetually gridlocked ORR, improving airport connectivity, and unlocking peripheral growth. Ironically, even as the current Con government pushes the project, the 2013 land acquisition framework has made land costs prohibitive, emerging as the biggest bottleneck. Farmers are demanding compensation under the 2013 law, arguing that even the five compensation options offered fall below market reality. Even the phased rollout (starting with a 23 km stretch) has seen only 50% land acquisition so far, underlining the execution challenge. via @timesofindia

The information Provided By Shri.Umesh EO1 BDA Query: The allottee requested additional buffer land between his site and the park located behind his property. Resolution: It was clearly informed that there are no norms providing for additional land between an allotted site and a park. The approved drawing was verified, and the TPM section was consulted. As there is no such provision, and since the allottee was already enjoying more than his allotted area, the land has been retained as part of the park.
