We request authorities to prioritize access roads and basic amenities immediately, so that site owners can start construction and utilize their sites.

@BDAOfficialGok @hrsrajanna Commissioner Sir has repeatedly instructed—both on Twitter and during review meetings—to upload the latest NPKL maps, scheme approvals, and Block 5/6/7 soil-stabilization test reports (UVCE). However, none are available online, and only the outdated 2014 scheme plan recently uploaded on the BDA website. What is concerning is that screenshots of the latest approved NPKL maps (overall & block-wise) are being circulated by real-estate agents on social media, showing specific plots for sale. How real-estate agents got access to latest maps is wonder?! Even before it's not uplaoded by bda on the bda website🤔 In review meetings, the EO referred to a “genuine, up-to-date map” and explained *land-use colour codes* that exactly match those circulated by real-estate agents publicly. When will the general public be able to access the latest approved NPKL maps on the BDA website? @DKShivakumar @mlanaharis

@NPKLOpenForum @Captain_Mani72 BDA has not completed the infrastructure and deadlines set earlier to complete the layout and provide the layout with best infrastructure as agreed initially. Request GOk and BDA to intervene and complete the activities at the earliest

BDA’s NPKL site allotment 2016,2018, even in Auctions advertisements never mentioned what infrastructure would be delivered. Only after repeated demands did BDA publish a brief note & map on its earlier website, promises captured in that document looks not fullfilled at final stage of layout. NPKL was always projected as a “Green Smart City with underground utilities,huge CA,Park and modern amenities ”—but nowhere was it stated that footpaths would with new deign as it's claimed now, if specifically not called out then its supposed to be as per regular standards. @Captain_Mani72 sir,At no point did @BDAOfficialGok inform site owners that NPKL would follow a so-called “new design footpath”, Can they share such advertisements if done? Site owners were shocked to learn that in a Smart City layout, footpaths were never planned, and this has been flagged in meetings for years. Even older Bengaluru layouts and Dr. Shivarama Karanth Layout have footpaths. In the 18-12-2025 review meeting, BDA admitted that footpaths were omitted. The omission is now justified as a “new design”, citing: • road-width reduction on 30/40 ft roads • using utility channels as footpaths • we will check footpath feasibility in 80,100 ft roads @BDAOfficialGok Is this what was promised as Smart City infrastructure? We believe @Captain_Mani72 Sir will instruct TPM & Engineering teams to correct these flaws by strictly adhering to Town Planning standards. Footpaths must be built on both sides of all 30–100 ft roads adhering to Town Planning standards. Footpaths cannot be selective or for namesake—30 & 40 ft roads form the backbone of NPKL, while wider roads are few, short, and disconnected. @DKShivakumar @mlanaharis Need your intervention. The association walked out of the meeting because of the rule "affected site owners' family members can't raise issues". Out of 9 blocks, 90% of the work was completed in only 3. All block site owners paid upfront 9 years ago!!

BDA has spent thousands of crores on #NadaprabhuKempegowdaLayout infra, claims 80% completion. In a project with 80% “completed" the Feb 6th asphalting tender sets a 2year timeline for 6 blocks. 🤔 Why is asphalting still crawling in Blocks 5,6 a year later?🤔 @CMofKarnataka
