@eviejcoutts This absolutely the attitude, so often we see the perpetuation of the “this is how I was treated” attitude to attempt to justify poor mentor practice. Good on you.

I have to have a student as part of my NQP process for my trust, and knowing how I was treated in my first two years as a student I never want my student to feel like I did and I will never be like them mentors and I’m gonna try my best to be a mentor that students can look up to

@chriscpritchard @MallinsonT We have something called accrux attached to system@one in GP practice. And you can sms or email leaflets to patients and records in notes you have done so. Saves on trees ;-)

@MallinsonT Yes, but I’d prefer it to be culturally acceptable / possible to send standardised leaflets and / or customised advice via a secure email (replies not supported) direct to patients and / or carers.

Should #ambulances have printers - so they can provide information leaflets to patients discharged on scene?
If not, why not?
