@O2 another day with no signal

@O2 Cant it just be fixed? For the first time ever yesterday I lost a dog and had to ring people. Not registered on network isn't good enough for 40 minutes. Luckily for me, the dog went to my van after being spooked by thunder. Ive had to be two way radios for my colleagues.

I’ve been trying to do this the right way, but I have struggled to submit a complaint for three days straight. How can I get in touch with a complaint? I’ve already spoken on the phone, this hasn’t improved, why does your website and Mobile service work so poorly?! @O2

Does anyone know how I can swap phone providers ASAP @O2 hasnt had signal where I work for weeks and ive 2 phones I cant ring or text anyone on constantly. Incase of a work emergency im knackered.

Looks like it's Ombudsman time this evening @O2. Two of them in fact. Can't speak to anyone at O2 as English is not their first language, totally unacceptable! No refund means the problem was never resolved! All you do is lie and I have the proof! #evidenceforombudsman

Unwanted visitor at my home this morning, 2:30am police called, take him to local hospital for an assessment. They call to say they don’t know who he is or where he’s from, ‘no repercussions’. I asked what do I do if he comes back? Just call 999 again…

@JBanned__ I love turning up to a none payer We got done just shy of 15 grand between two of us Found some of his rental properties, and finally his own house after someone in the rentals gave us an address. Got all clever on the phone and when we turned up sent us 11.5k to clear off.
