Yesterday, we joined the @NYPD40Pct Quality of Life Team to address community complaints of unregistered and derelict mopeds parked on city sidewalks. 13 mopeds were removed, helping to clear the sidewalks and improve the quality of life in the community.

Astoria, your calls have been answered. Last night, our team joined the @NYPD114Pct and @NYPDTransport to remove 15 commercial vehicles from 41st St, between 35th and 36th Ave. Following their removal, @NYCSanitation cleaned the area, helping to improve the community.

This past Sunday, Quality of Life officers from the @NYPD75Pct worked with a local store that had been repeatedly targeted for shoplifting & made an arrest, closing out 11 open cases. If that wasn't enough, they arrested his accomplice yesterday, closing 10 additional cases.

Illegal smoke shop? Not on our watch! This morning, we joined the @NYPD115Pct and @helloDCWP to reseal an illegal smoke shop that had been locked up in the past. Working closely with our partners, we will continue to improve the quality of life in our city.

Your Q Team along with Traffic Enforcement Officers hit the streets continuing to focus on improving your quality of life. We towed 25 vehicles and issued 18 parking summonses. @NYPDChiefofDept @NYPDTransport @NYPDBklynSouth @NYPDQOL

The Brooklyn Bridge has been a frequent location of complaints for illegal vending, so your Quality of Life Division officers teamed up with the @NYPD84Pct, Citywide Community Response Team, and @NYCSanitation to correct the issue.

Community complaints are being heard and we are taking action to resolve them! Last week, your Quality of Life Division officers joined @NYPDTransport and the @NYPD114Pct to remove several trucks and commercial vehicles that were illegally parked.

Monday night, your @NYPD60Pct Quality of Life team was out in Coney Island to address numerous 311 calls of derelict and illegally parked vehicles. With the assistance of @NYPDTransport, 45 vehicles were removed, freeing up parking for residents in the community.

Day 1 of Q-Teams was a success!✨ Our officers hit the ground running-responding directly to your quality of life concerns. They removed 22 unregistered mopeds and over 30 derelict or abandoned vehicles from our East New York streets. We’re just getting started!

On Monday, the Quality of Life Division launched it's pilot program in the @NYPD13Pct, @NYPD40Pct, @NYPD60Pct, @NYPD75Pct, @NYPD101Pct, & @NYPDPSA1. Officers from those commands hit the ground running with operations aimed at improving the quality of life for their communities.

Last week, the Quality of Life Division leadership team met with precinct personnel to prepare for today’s pilot launch. Five precincts and one PSA are starting a new initiative to improve NYC’s quality of life and better serve our communities.

Corona — You spoke, we listened. After receiving community complaints about derelict vehicles & RV's parked along Northern Blvd near Citi Field, we conducted an operation last night with the @NYPD110Pct, @NYPDTransport, @NYCSanitation & @FDNY, removing multiple vehicles.
