@Naedoot71 HI Tom, If you log into your account or the app, go to settings. You can deselect marketing updates, and member updates which will stop the emails. If you're getting push notifications on your phone, then go to your device settings to turn off app notifications. ^Lynda

@johnlewishelp how do I stop the you’ve won emails coming in after resetting my password? Haven’t won anything just spam emails wanting me to enter draws?

@OfficeShoes so after been in chat told I have to wait for update from Yodel before you can do anything. This apparently is delivered. That’s seemingly drivers hand to prove. Could be anywhere. Below freezing overnight on grass not acceptable.

@ghostinxideas @Hermesparcels Parcel never arrived. Online store eventually provided credit - still no update from Hermes about it with either an apology etc

@Hermesparcels daughter is sitting in a panic because her parcel has been sitting in your hub since 15th of dec and no movement on tracker. Wouldn’t be so bad had another parcel arrive at our house via Hermes for someone else in household. Any chance of an update before Xmas?

@OfficialPLT_CS any chance of an update on an order stuck with @Hermesparcels since 15th of December. Totally get that there can be delays but lack of customer updates is below what most people would expect from customer service. Customer shouldn’t have to jump through hoops.

@OpenreachHelp Just wondering when you will update my provider with some information as I was supposed to get update on 17th and they have been waiting for you to update them. Pretty poor tbh.

@OpenreachHelp Well got the update on the 13th to say I would get another update on the 17th - spoken to provider and they are waiting for updates from openreach - wouldn’t be so bad but 2 openreach engineers were installing FTTP in a neighbours house yesterday.

@SkyHelpTeam I was told update by 6th now it’s 9th. Not holding out much hope about 9th tbh.

@OpenreachHelp Trying to figure out why I’m waiting 8 days for an update regarding FTTP failed install. Contacted sky and they have advised will not be an update from openreach on 9th dec. not really helpful as took day off work on 1st to get partial job done

@SkyHelpTeam So I spoke to sky and they were waiting for update from openreach. Now being told I will have an update on 09/12 - 8 full days since original visit and that’s no guarantee of even a date- noone from openreach has even been to property so would have thought a survey would help ☹️

@Naedoot71 Yes it can take about 72 hours for the new appointment to be scheduled and it can't be booked for a Sunday. The team will do everything they can to get you the earliest date possible. Thanks, Carol
