@O2 Hi, I was just advised that I need to create a new email address in order to set up a new contract with O2 as my email is linked to an old O2 contract/number. I cant believe this is true as it would mean your IT set up is dinosaur like?
@O2 Don’t bother!! Trying to charge my daughter for a tablet that was returned a year ago in the cooling off period & yes we have proof that it was returned! Investigation closed without telling us…this better be sorted very soon! @O2
@O2 My phone got stolen abroad 3 weeks ago now and o2 have been absolutely useless!! Unable to barr the device meaning that someone currently has a phone to sell on if they haven't already, which can be used and will connect to a service provider! DO NOT RECOMMEND.
@O2 A good perk would be for customer service to listen to customer and not to hang up on customer trying to cancel a multisim within 14 days. So now having to wait another day to go through the process all over. Not a good way to keep customers.
@O2 Don’t give your custom to this company. They are completely incompetent. Five months trying to resolve an issue with no satisfactory outcome and issue has now closed down as resolved when it remains outstanding!! 😡
@O2 Ever since virgin mobile merged with O2 i have been constantly bombarded and harrassed by o2 marketing crap. constant texts for concert tickets, new plans, mobile upgrades etc on average 3 or more a day. i called o2 and was opted out of it yet still getting them!!!
