My father puts matooke in a sack in Mbarara, writes my phone number on the sack in marker, and hands it to a bus conductor he has never met. That sack travels two hundred and seventy kilometres and reaches Kampala the same day. No booking. No contract. No tracking number. A phone number on a sack, and it holds. Then it stops working. I get the call, drop whatever I am doing, and go to Bakuli. I stand there looking for my sack among thirty identical sacks. I find a boda. I carry matooke home like the bus never happened. And before that call, I have no idea where my things are. I phone my father, my father phones the driver, the driver says they are near Masaka. That is our tracking. Now imagine that same sack, automated. It leaves Mbarara and finds me at home. No trip to Bakuli, no hunting through thirty identical sacks. Just my phone showing me where it is, an SMS when it leaves and another when it is at my gate.

1. A killer CV unlocks your sleeping potential Many graduates and professionals possess valuable skills, achievements, and experiences that remain hidden because they are poorly presented. A strong CV uncovers opportunities that would otherwise remain out of reach. Potential alone is not enough; it must be visible.

I would be lying if I said closing a business we have poured so much of ourselves into has been easy. But you have shown us incredible support throughout this journey, and even now, as we close our physical store and move fully online. If you can, please visit our store and grab yourself a pair of sneakers at 50% off. DM @thesoleconnect1, visit us in Ntinda at Royce Mall, Level 4, Shops 1 & 2, or call 0771 807 760

Another candle got added to my name today. Small thing… but back home they say a fire that warms a whole village was once just a spark someone refused to blow out. That's you… every DM, every "coach can we talk," every silent follow at 2am when things were falling apart, you kept the spark alive. The tallest tree never eats its own fruit. That's adulthood. You spend years growing... then one day you realize most of what you've built is feeding people you'll never fully know. If anything I've shared has helped you earn more, think better, survive a toxic workplace or simply breathe easier... then this birthday already came with the best gift. I'm just the man carrying the lamp so you can see your own road…so happy birthday to us. To everyone who's chosen to walk this road with me... thank you. And if you're waiting for me to become softer... You'll probably celebrate many more birthdays before that happens. 😂 And yes... I'm accepting cake. Wisdom alone doesn't fill the stomach. If you insist on bringing nyama choma, I won't argue with destiny. 😂

This is the only correct answer. Why? Because mainly the unemployment level is the huge gap between the number of people looking for suitable and the number of vacancies available openly. Most companies under employ because they are highly taxed. Industries fear to expand or cannot expand adequately in a corrupt or highly taxed environment. Therefore new vacancies are so small in number compared to the number of capable job seekers, pausing a huge competition .

I leave my bed at 5am every morning, get and hit the road before 6am, with this bad and crazy traffic madness, get to work and still go through crazy work pressure. Then I sent you 50k from my hard earned money and you have the audacity to text me that you are disappointed and that I didn't put the withdrawal charge. Komany.......

I was amazed seeing this picture of this young lady selling chicken. It shows the potential that women have if empowered. Thanks to President @KagutaMuseveni & @NRMOnline for empowering women. If a woman can hustle to make ends meet, what about men? If you are a man and you are seated somewhere waiting for a job, it's high time you woke up & started doing something! Anyone with the contact of this lady should forward it to me for some support!

I once called someone I genuinely believed was a man of honour. "Call me tomorrow," he said. Tomorrow became unanswered calls. Then ignored messages. That was enough. Since then, I've stopped judging people by titles, status, or appearance. Some of the most dependable people in my life have been those society stereotypes ba Rastas, men with tattoos, ordinary workers, the so-called underdogs. 🤏They answered. 🤏They showed up. 🤏They kept their word. Honour isn't how important you look. It's whether people can trust what comes out of your mouth. If you can't keep your word, your reputation is just branding.

You can make this request more pisitive and forward looking . remove terminated issue for now and find a good answer to get ready for an interview . people who hire those who have veen terminated may be hiring for not a good reason. The last words/sentence are not necessary. They portray a negative attitude. You could have closed by saying i am sharing my cv for your review and considerarion. Even if you are desperate, keep it off and manage. Work on ur cv. Soon u will get work because you seem bold.

12. A killer CV is your ticket to a better job Many people remain stuck in positions that do not match their abilities because their CVs fail to communicate their value. A strong CV helps position you for better opportunities.
