Men’s and women’s aerials qualification has been cancelled for today due to more snow in Livigno. No word yet on if they’ll try to get in women’s snowboard slopestyle finals, which have already been been postponed.

After 3 hours waiting the snow, the events are cancelled today with very little information. We should have been given the option to leave and come back instead of waiting in the freezing cold #badolympics @Olympics #olympic fail

The no re-entry policy at #livigno Moguls and aerial park is absurd when there is a multi hour delay and a cancellation of men’s until the next day. @Olympics needs to do better by fans @milanocortina26

@Uber put in the wrong terminal for the driver after I had selected my airline and route. It differed than what I saw. The driver was obviously upset, there’s no way to contact support about #ubers error. I tried. Both the driver and I am upset. He was not a happy camper

After 50 mins on hold and being passed around, I never actually was able to get through to the 1K desk. Luckily, a Premier Supervisor was available and was able to help me

As a follow up to this, customer service doesn’t seem to care that I waited all day for a package that didn’t come, even though I was told it would come on Friday. They are saying since it came 4 days later, after my notice, that it was within the delivery window and won’t help

I used to ❤️shopping @saks #saks changed their shipping policy to charge for returns. Given a delivery date & took a day off to wait for the delivery that was a gift, didn’t come on time - came the next week. Now, #saks won’t waive the return fee. #disappointingcustomerservice

I cancelled 2 flights this week on @SouthwestAir because I’ve been waiting 6 weeks for an answer regarding those of us who missed #alist due to cancelled flights. I’ll continue to select other #airlines where I have status. #customerservicefail
