@Safaricom_Care @SafaricomPLC @PeterNdegwa_ I am being asked to opt in while attempting to access my Ziidi account as of this morning. Is there any issues we need to be aware of ? What is the expected turn around time ? Will accounts remain unaffected once issues are resolved?

@Safaricom_Care @SafaricomPLC @PeterNdegwa_ The service unavailability was quite inconveniencing. Among the top reasons I chose ziidi is reliability in terms of ease of accessing funds but it's something worth rethinking with such mishaps.
