Just got a press release telling me the average age for buying a first home has jumped from 29 a decade ago to 32 now. Not that surprising. I bought my first home at 33 in 2005. What about you?

Dragons Den & The Apprentice were both awesome tonight. Probably the most enjoyable show of Dragons Den I've ever seen. The quality of the boys on The Apprentice is really poor - they've done some poor vetting there. Pretty woeful.
