Key things to remember: 1- you can test -, then travel, and be exposed during your travel, and be contagious w family 2- you can already be infected, test -, and a few days later go see family + be contagious 3- you are considered contagious 2 days BEFORE + test or symptoms start

My first patient this morning came in for testing because he’s traveling in a few days and will be spending time with immunocompromised family members. I took a deep breath, tested him and then strongly recommended that he reconsider traveling this Thanksgiving. Sigh....

I’m going to give my personal view: CONGRESSIONAL SUBPOENAS ARE MEANINGLESS BECAUSE WE CANNOT ENFORCE THEM. The GSA will simply ignore the subpoena and litigate, which takes years to resolve. We can fix this by passing House Rules change to authorize Inherent Contempt power.

Mitch McConnell adjourned the Senate. In the middle of probably the worst spike of the COVID pandemic. 250,000 lives lost. He offered no relief, no compassion, no ways for hurting Americans to get by. He got his Court, and he's going home. The level of immorality is staggering.

Went on FOX to make the case to conservatives that paying your employees a living wage is not some evil "socialist" plot. After we raised our minimum wage to $70k, we had a huge increase in staff who bought homes, had babies, paid off debt & got healthier. And our revenue tripled
