The matter was already reported to the Emirates office at Terminal 3 Dubai Airport; however, no feedback or update has been received yet. Requesting Emirates to urgently investigate the baggage handling process and provide an official update on this incident.

@Emirates @DXB My checked-in baggage was found in a tampered/open condition upon arrival. The bag lock had been opened and the zipper was partially cut/damaged. The baggage was handed over in proper locked condition during check-in in New York.

@QatarAirways Arrived in Cape Town on Qatar Airways (DXB–DOH–CPT) and my checked baggage was delivered with severe structural damage (large puncture through hard shell). The bag was professionally wrapped prior to check-in and handed over in good condition at DXB.
