Disappointed with @airindia as a Platinum member. Delhi airport staff had no clue about voucher upgrades—kept getting bounced from counter to gate with no help. Gave up eventually. Not the experience one expects at this tier. Someone bring back Vistara pllllllzzzzz

@doctorsoumya @airindia + 1 here. I was recently denied an upgrade despite being a platinum member. Airport says miles upgrade happens only on phone calls and customer care on phone says it happens only at the airport. They are absolutely clueless as to what exactly is the system
