@AmazonHelp I tried the "call me" option, but that doesn't seem to be helpful. I'm in Canada, and ordering from Amazon India for my parents there. Is there an email for @amazonIN that I can reach out to?

@NavKaur59 Apologies for the unpleasant experience you've had with your recent order. We'd like to get this checked. Kindly report this to our support team using this link: amzn.to/3gEhJKT for further assistance.

@Damien4Sure @TimHortons Omg exactly!
I've been noticing how they're not even replying to my tweet?!
This is just ridiculous and they need to understand the seriousness of this matter. My coworker could've died last week, if there's an actual peanut contamination in their coffee!!

@NavKaur59 @TimHortons @TimHortons, seriously, enough of hiding. Release a public statement (the truth, not some fluffy bullshit) about what is really going on. Are your drinks contaminated with nuts? Which ones? Are you trying to cover up a supply chain issue and substituted with shit ingredients?

@TimHortons is their a peanut contamination in your coffee? I knew about the iced capp issue but lately all of my coffee orders from your grandview highway store have been tasting like burnt peanuts?! Please clear this before people start dying of peanut allergies!.
