An OCA Eastern Orthodox parish close to me was broken into Halloween night. It appears the perpetrator/s were only after money. They opened the donation box but it had been emptied the day before and there was nothing in it. They tried to force their way into the preschool classroom and smashed a window but did not get inside. Nothing was desecrated or stolen out of the religious or liturgical items. Please pray for their community as even with minimal damage this can be a frightening and difficult experience.

The reason there are now so many Orthobros is bc Orthodoxy is easy to defend. There are so many available resources poured out over centuries from the Church Fathers, Saints, and clergy living today that become available via the internet to anyone who has an open heart and desires Christ I am only but a layman so my words are cheap, but to those who are considering Orthodoxy, please visit your local Orthodox parish church and pray that your heart may be open to the truth.
