Change your underwear. That’s not negotiable. Trim your nails. A man shouldn’t have long nails at all. Change your bedsheets. You spend 8 hours in them. They carry your sweat, skin and bacteria. Scrub your feet 👣, clean inside your ears , shave your armpits. Take care of your body because it’s counting on you. Wewale okubeela omukyaffu!!

To know that you’ve grown up and you’re going to be wealthy, normalize these things: -It’s okay to drive the same car 🚘 for 10 yrs plus. Wealthy people don’t change cars anyhow . I learnt this from. @wekesa_amos. He’s the same Land Cruiser for over 14 yrs. - Stop giving money to anyone who asks for it urgently. Also don’t give them the exact amount. If they ask for 50k , skip a day and give 20k. - Normalize eating at home. Stop ordering foods nga ate Olina emikono egifumba. Home cooked meals will always be the best. - Keep your phone until it actually needs replacing. Stop chasing new iPhone models yet you’re still struggling with rent. - It’s not a crime to buy something “used”. Buy it if makes a sense. The Landrover I drive all over this continent I bought it used. Am the 4th holder but it still a performer. We are in the harvesting period! Don't burn crops residues. Keep them and use them as mulches and to make organic manure. Crops residues from beans, sorghum, maize and other cereal crops are essential in conservation farming!

Turning a Job Rejection into Community Impact ♿️ Years ago I was denied a job opportunity because of my disability. That moment was mind challenging but it became a turning point rather than the end of my journey. Instead of giving up, I learned a practical skill to survive(making detergents(Liquid Soap). What started as a way to earn a living gradually became a way to create opportunities for others by sharing the same skill to others. Today, through that same skill many Ugandans have been supported (livelihoods) and strengthen communities through empowerment, inclusion, and hope. It reminds me that rejection does not define our future our response to it does. Sometimes the door that closes pushes us to build one that many others can walk through. #SocialInclusion #CommunityImpact
