I haven’t visited the doctor as the location in the @getvisitapp is wrong. I’ve called the service centre multiple times and even informed during a feedback call, but the error still shows up. I can’t proceed with any booking. Very irritating experience—please fix this urgently.

People order food for immediacy, not to play a back-and-forth “mail-mail game.” This delay and missing item completely ruined my morning.

I contacted support and instead of resolving it immediately, they told me to mail them. Seriously? Do you expect customers to write emails when they are waiting for their breakfast?
