Elon Musk is a mission-driven individual—always has been. It would be stupid to assume he’s motivated by personal financial gain. While wealth is a byproduct of his work, it is not the goal. Some people argue that Elon is using his involvement with DOGE and government connections for self-enrichment. Yet, those same people also claim that Tesla’s stock decline—causing his net worth to drop by over $160 billion—is due to these very actions and political involvement. So which is it? If Elon's primary goal were wealth accumulation, he could just start another company. xAI was founded less than 24 months ago and is already valued at $75 billion. He doesn’t need DOGE or political ties to grow his fortune. Elon uses his wealth as a tool to achieve his goals and advance his missions. Every company he has founded operates with a mission statement focused on improving people's lives. His work on DOGE is just over a month in—still in the early stages. Mistakes are expected in such as fast past environment, but they will be identified and corrected over time. In the long run, I believe people will look back with appreciation for the positive impact he has made—not just in business but also in government. Short term pain for long term gain.

In case you forgot, Trump was the president who signed the “deal” with the Taliban, without bringing in the Afghan president and our partner at the time. Seems like he using the same playbook with Putin right now.

Holy cow! Elon Musk’s Grok AI literally thinks Trump is a Russia asset. “I estimate a 75-85% likelihood Trump is a Putin-compromised asset, leaning toward the higher end due to the consistency of his behavior and the depth of historical ties.” — Grok x.com/i/grok/share/W…

This is absurdly dishonest. I don’t even mention the UK or France in the clip, both of whom have fought bravely alongside the US over the last 20 years, and beyond.
Antonello Guerrera@antoguerrera

Bad news for Starmer and Macron. Vance confirms the only US security guarantee in Ukraine will be the mineral deal. He also plays down British & French peacekeeping troops as “20k troops from some random country that hasn’t fought a war in 30 or 40 years”.

🚨STEPHEN MILLER: TRUMP'S PRESIDENCY IS THE MOST SUCCESSFUL START IN HISTORY "President Trump is the greatest orator we've ever had in the Oval Office. Every time he's done one of these addresses, Americans have been overwhelmingly blown away, excited, thrilled. It's an opportunity for President Trump, as only he can, to lay out the last month of record-setting, record-breaking, unprecedented achievements. This is the most successful opening to any presidency we've ever seen in American history." Source: @RapidResponse47

MORE: Ukrainian forces, enabled by essential US assistance, are inflicting unsustainable losses on Russian forces while holding them to marginal gains. This situation, combined with the severe challenges Russia will face in 2025, offers the United States great leverage in peace negotiations. A suspension of ongoing US military assistance to Ukraine would encourage Putin to continue to increase his demands and fuel his conviction that he can achieve total victory through war. The cessation of US military assistance and monetary assistance aimed at strengthening Ukraine's defense industry could help tip the balance of the war and give Russia greater advantages on the battlefield in Ukraine, increasing the likelihood of a Russian victory in Ukraine. Russia would leverage the cessation of US aid to Ukraine to seize more territory in Ukraine and attempt to exhaust European support – the approach Putin has outlined in his theory of victory. Ending US aid to Ukraine and enabling further Russian gains would also embolden Putin and strengthen his belief that Russia can seize and control Ukraine and other former Soviet countries, including current NATO member states. The Kremlin will likely intensify its military campaign in Ukraine and attempt to exploit any delay or cessation of US military assistance to Ukraine - as the Kremlin did in Spring 2024.

NEW: Senior US officials are suggesting that the United States may cut all aid to Ukraine, although President Trump has not indicated any such intention. Cutting the current flow of aid to Ukraine would directly undermine President Trump’s stated goal of achieving a sustainable peace in Ukraine.

Holy shit… UK PM Starmer proposes a new plan for Ukraine and wants Europe to up their economic spending and says “the UK are prepared to back this with boots on the ground and planes in the air”. It’s about to become clear to the world that NATO are the ones pushing for WW3.
