@dmd1998slb @hasanthehun The reporter asked him how it wouldn’t be a war crime to destroy bridges and power plants. Normally it would be a war crime because it’s deadly to civilians, so the regime being animals wouldn’t answer the question. It would have to be that the civilians are animals.
