@virginmedia I signed up last week for a further 18 months of Ultimate Volt but my contract details online haven't been updated, which I was told would happen within 5 working days. How do I check that my new deal is still going through? I'm out of contract in less than a month.
@virginmedia I want to see if it’s good enough to entice me to sign up to another 18 months of Virgin. At the moment I’m leaning towards Sky Stream and broadband, but I’ve been a cable customer since the 90s and thought I’d see what the 360 offers. If you can’t do it that’s fine.
@Neilmbailey Hi Neil, in that case you would need to upgrade to the 360 service. You can do this by speaking to the team on 150 / 0345 454 1111. They can go through the package options for you and get the remotes sent out too. Once you receive these, you can then follow the above steps. KF

@ThreeUKSupport Hi. I live in London SE10 and great 4G coverage on my mobile using Three but your coverage checker says 5G broadband isn't available here. Will this change soon? I'm out of contract with my current ISP in June
